Licensing your event

  • Little Luna Bar will operate and run for hire.

  • We will apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) if applicable to your event on your behalf.

  • All licensing hours are tailored to your event!

  • If you have a pre-paid package, this does not require a license.

  • If you choose a pre-paid package and the allocated drinks have run out, a license will be required to revert to a cash bar.

  • All staff will act in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 and reserve the right to refuse good or services for whatever reason if in their opinion, the "customer" or "guests" display:
    1. insufficient or invalid ID when challenged
    2. inappropriate, abusive, or inebriated behaviour
    3. signs of drug or other illegal substance misuse

License application

Our hire fee will include the price of the TEN application (£21). It is important to note, that whilst the fee covers the cost of the license application, there is no guarantee that the license will be granted and no guarantee that specific conditions pertaining to your event will not be imposed by the council.

If your event is over 500 people (including waiting staff, crew, performers, entertainers etc) you will have to submit a premises license application if your event venue does not already have one. There is a significant jump in fees for this.
